Mini Stitches would like to offer you its on-line purchasing service to let you shop from anywhere in the world (where you are allowed to navigate our website).
This document contains the General Terms and Conditions governing the contract, which will bind you to Mini Stitches.

Mini Stitches reserves the right to review and modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time, and you will be bound by the terms in force at the time when you place the order.
1. – WEBSITE
The General Terms and Conditions given herein are the sole terms applicable to use of this website, whose sole owner is Stitches in Time a registered charity number 1093279 under UK law, located in the UK.
2. – PLACING ORDERS, DELIVERY INFORMATION AND RETURNS
We hope that you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return or to exchange your item. We’ll give you a full refund (or difference, if any, in the case of exchanges) by the same method you used to pay, and we ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your return and/or exchange. Presently we do not operate a free returns / exchange service.
Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
Your information will be kept and saved in a secure database and will not be shared with third parties.
